• Order details: the plan you buy and your destination.
• Email address: to deliver your QR code and order confirmation.
• Payment data: your payment is handled by our payment partner Stripe. We do not store full card details ourselves.

Why do we process this data?

We use your data solely to fulfil your order: creating the eSIM, delivering the QR code and providing customer support. We never sell your data.

Who do we share data with?

To deliver the service we work with processors:

• Stripe for payment processing.
• eSIM Access for creating and delivering the eSIM.

These parties only process your data on our behalf and under their own privacy terms.

How long do we keep your data?

We keep your order data for as long as needed to deliver the service and to meet our legal (accounting) obligations.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, and to object to its processing. To exercise these rights, email info@esimzu.com.
