As a consumer, online purchases normally come with a 14-day cooling-off period (the right of withdrawal). For digital products such as an eSIM, special rules apply.
An eSIM is digital content that is delivered immediately. Under European consumer law, your right of withdrawal lapses as soon as the delivery of digital content has started, provided you have expressly agreed to this and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
At checkout you agree to the immediate delivery of your eSIM (the QR code). As a result, you can no longer withdraw your purchase after delivery.
