These terms and conditions apply to every order with esimzu.
esimzu sells digital data bundles (eSIMs) for mobile internet abroad. After your payment you receive a QR code to install the eSIM on your device.
An eSIM only works on devices that support eSIM and that are carrier-unlocked. It is your own responsibility to check before purchase whether your device is suitable. You will find information on this on every country page and on our how-it-works page.
The QR code is delivered immediately after a successful payment, on screen and by email. As this is a digital product, there is no physical shipping.
All prices are shown in euros. Payment is handled securely by our payment partner Stripe. Your order is only final after the payment is confirmed.
The data bundle is valid for the stated period and the stated data volume. Unused data expires at the end of the validity period. Commercial resale of the eSIM is not allowed.
We do our utmost to deliver a good service, but we are not responsible for the coverage or speed of the local networks, which are beyond our control.
